Following on from the ongoing success of Dance Fit last year, Nicole Frost returns after her maternity leave to lead this enrichment. Dance Fit is a fun easy-to-follow dance workout to a wide range of music. The routines consist of dance, toning and combat moves. Disco lights and props will also be used in some sessions. As well as learning routines from Nicole participants will get a chance to choreograph their own routines using a variety of fun methods. To cover Nicole's costs, there will be a charge of £32 for the eight sessions up to the end of the Summer term; this will be added to your Fee Note.

Junior football enrichment is open to both boys and girls in J3 to J6 offering training for skills and games. This enrichment will be outside so please bring / wear appropriate footwear and clothing.

Specialist tennis coaching is available this term. Learn the correct technique for all the tennis shots with Hazel Ward, LTA Coach. Please note that there will be a charge of £6 per session for this activity which will be added to your fee note.

In this hands-on after-school club, children will build essential life-saving skills through fun, interactive activities. They will learn how to stay calm in an emergency, make a clear and confident call to emergency services and understand the basics of first aid such as treating common injuries and recognising head injuries. This enriching experience helps children grow in confidence, responsibility and teamwork, and may lead to the opportunity to achieve a St John Ambulance First Aid Award certificate.

With just three Thursday rehearsals left until the children perform Alice in Wonderland, rehearsals are of vital importance and we ideally need all Year 3 to Year 6 pupils to stay for rehearsals. After the show has been performed, each Thursday children will be able to choose from a variety of outdoor sports, games and fun or an indoor film club. The children will be able to choose their activity in school each week.

Unwind, relax, and recharge at the end of the week! This Friday Mindfulness Club is a calm and welcoming space for pupils in Key Stage 2 to slow down and reset after a busy week. Through fun and engaging activities such as guided relaxation, breathing exercises, mindful colouring, gentle stretching, gratitude journaling, and quiet games, children will learn simple techniques to help them feel calm, focused, and confident. A perfect way to build wellbeing skills while enjoying a peaceful and positive end to the school week.

Following on from previous success... 'Nerf Wars' returns!. It does exactly what it says on the tin...except in a safe and controlled environment. Pupils will battle it out using Nerf guns in a number of competitive arenas, capture the flag, team-strike match, king/queen of the castle are to name but a few of the weekly games. Note: safety goggles will be supplied by the school. Children must provide their own Nerf Guns. This is a contact sport!

Children will explore a range of creative tools on Purple Mash, designing games, animations and digital projects, as well as trying out digital photography using school iPads to capture and edit their own images. Step up to the plate and get ready for action! Rounders is a fast-paced, exciting team game where players develop their batting, fielding, and teamwork skills. Using a rounded bat to strike the ball, pupils will race around the bases to score points, building confidence, coordination, and game sense along the way. Perfect for fun, friendly competition and developing batting and fielding skills.
